Theralysix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Theralysix offers physiotherapy services, including but not limited to physical assessments, injury rehabilitation, manual therapy, exercise programs, wellness advice, and consultations. While we provide professional and experienced care, it is essential to note that:

• Outcome Variability: Results may vary from patient to patient based on individual conditions, lifestyle, and adherence to treatment plans. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from any service.

• No Medical Advice: Theralysix does not replace primary medical advice. We recommend that all clients consult their physician before engaging in physiotherapy services, particularly if they have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have undergone recent surgery.

• Emergency Situations: Theralysix does not provide emergency care. If you are in an emergency medical situation, please contact your nearest healthcare provider or emergency service immediately.
   

3. Booking, Appointments, and Cancellations

3.1 Appointment Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, phone, or in-person contact. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided when booking appointments, including contact information and medical details that may affect the treatment plan.

3.2 Rescheduling and Cancellations

• Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in rescheduling fees as outlined below.

• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or unavoidable circumstances, but this is at the discretion of Theralysix.

3.3 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to an appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent clients, and the full session fee will still apply. If possible, we will attempt to accommodate the full session, but this cannot be guaranteed.

3.4 Missed Appointments and No-Shows

If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notifying us, you will be charged the full session fee. Repeated no-shows may result in the suspension of future appointments until any outstanding fees are paid.
 

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or online payment platforms. Payment for services must be made prior to or at the time of the appointment unless an alternate payment arrangement has been made in advance.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, ensuring that your financial information is protected. Theralysix does not store or have access to your complete credit/debit card information.

4.3 Late Payments

If you have not paid for services rendered, Theralysix reserves the right to suspend or cancel any future appointments until full payment is received. We may also pursue legal remedies if unpaid balances are not settled within a reasonable time.

4.4 Refund Policy

Theralysix provides a 100% refund guarantee in specific circumstances, as outlined in our Refund Guarantee section. Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:

• Services were not provided as described or as scheduled, and Theralysix is found to be at fault.

• A valid request for a refund is made within 30 days of the original appointment.

Refunds will not be provided for missed appointments, late cancellations, or dissatisfaction with treatment outcomes, except under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Theralysix.
 

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 General Limitation

Theralysix and its employees or contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. This limitation applies to any damages incurred through negligence, breach of contract, or other legal claims.

5.2 Health and Safety Disclaimer

Theralysix provides professional physiotherapy services based on the best practices in the industry; however, we cannot guarantee any specific outcomes. Physiotherapy carries certain inherent risks, including injury or aggravation of existing conditions. By accepting these Terms and engaging in our services, you acknowledge that you voluntarily assume these risks and that Theralysix is not liable for any adverse health outcomes.

5.3 Third-Party Liability

Theralysix is not responsible for the actions or negligence of third-party providers, such as website hosting services (Wix) or payment processors, used to facilitate the operation of our website and business. Any issues arising from third-party services must be addressed directly with those providers.
 

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Providing Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information when engaging with Theralysix, particularly during appointment scheduling and medical history intake. Failing to provide truthful and complete information may result in adverse treatment outcomes or cancellation of services.

6.2 Health Disclosures

It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, and other health-related information before treatment. Theralysix is not liable for any issues that arise due to undisclosed or inaccurate health information.

6.3 Compliance with Treatment Plans

For the best outcomes, you must adhere to the prescribed treatment plans, including exercises, follow-up appointments, and aftercare instructions. Theralysix is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from non-compliance with treatment advice.
